Visit Utah is a traveler’s ultimate resource for getting out and exploring Utah. Visit Utah’s site provides readers with articles, recommended itineraries, and information about all of the well-known places to go in Utah, while also providing readers with the resources and education on how to Leave No Trace. My job included building out articles, itineraries, and other landing pages. I built out pages that skillfully reflect the copy I am provided from the freelance authors. I maintain visual consistency and always check for errors in grammar, spelling, syntax, and punctuation. I also checked for technical consistency in spelling, capitalization, font usage, numerals, and hyphenation to reflect Visit Utah’s brand image.

City Barbers is the highest-ranked barbershop in Salt Lake City. Their services range from facial waxes and exfoliating face masks to beard trims and classic men’s haircuts. I managed the business’s Instagram account including posting static images, stories, replying to direct messages, and engaging with followers. I created all content from start to finish. I took pictures and videos of the barbers in the shop, edited the content, and organize dit for the barber’s personal brands and the barbershop’s promotional content on Instagram.

Liberty Heights Fresh is a specialty goods grocery store that represents producers, crafters, farmers, and all good-food-lovers from Utah and beyond. Their mission is to share with the community the great food that began with responsible land stewardship and ethically sourced ingredients of integrity. I managed the business’s Instagram and Facebook. I was responsible for creating original copy, photo and video content, and responding to followers. I managed the company image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing and sales goals and worked with various departments to insure the promotion of products based on inventory and seasonal sales.

Ethos retained many consistent clients, in which I assisted in providing lifestyle photography, product photography, and graphic design materials for client deliverables.

I assisted in the planning and execution process for Deseret News’ events. My responsibilities included scouting and researching event venues to meet stakeholders' needs, managing event budgets and outlining event details for colleagues and vendors. I also managed aspects of the event process including collaborating with subcontractors, the design of gift items and digital and print event materials.
